“We continually strive for excellence, and it is an honor to be recognized for our top-notch program options,” said Dr. Layna Himmelberg, Director of Graduate Nursing. “Our goal is to prepare highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioners, which would not be possible without our dedicated faculty and students.”
The Graduate Nursing program is designed for working professionals who have the option to enroll in courses part- or full-time. Students can complete theory courses online and are required to come to campus for skills checks and hands-on practice. The patient-focused curriculum prepares graduates to function independently and collaboratively in designing, implementing and evaluating complex health care strategies.
Along with Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, the College offers specialties in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Education and Nursing Healthcare Administration. Learn more about our Graduate Nursing specialty options online.
